 | What information do I need to set up my e-mail client?
New Users: You will have the username and passcode and server name (or IP number) on your welcome e-mail. This will get you started with our default e-mail account. Once you have added more accounts you will have made up the username and passcode yourself, see next sentence.
Exsisting Users: Your domain name is the POP or Incoming server name (you may also substitute your IP number). The username and passcode were made up when you added the mailbox. You will need the user name for the account (for example bob@yourdomain.com, bob is the username) the password was made up by you when you created the mail account.

 | I am having problems sending mail, what am I doing wrong?
We use a special feature of SMTP called POPAUTH. See the instruction page for this new feature here.
|
 | Can I check mail using my browser rather than a mail client?
We have installed the new Web Mail Check feature to check mail using a browser.
|
 | Why can't I send/recieve mail yet on my new account?
You can not send or receive mail until your domain name is pointed to our servers, if you have a new account, make sure you have transferred your domain to our servers. For new domain registrations or transfers, remember it takes up to 72 hours for a domain to point to new nameservers.
If your domain is pointing to our servers, make sure you are using the username and password you created in the mail manager. Most importantly, remember both the username and password are CaSe SeNsiTivE.
